physics extensions mod aswell (and of course SKSE) But the cloaks from Cloaks of Skyrim still dont have physics and are stuck to my body.

Open up Armor Addon and you will see a list with all 25 caps and cloaks added. Automatically changes the Cloaks of Skyrim into HDT variants for the player character.

Here is how: Pop open the esp for the original mod with xedit/SSEedit (i.e., the esp file that you are using in lieu of the esp for this mod).

You can distribute cloaks (like in the original mod) and get rid of the double cape problem by using the original esp, overwriting the meshes and textures with this mod's meshes and textures (but use the esp from the original mod), but then edit the esp of the original mod by tweaking the tail settings.
